Frequently Asked Questions
-
The businesses we help are a range of business sizes, from micro to medium-sized. We support all kinds of creative entrepreneurs and purpose-driven businesses. Many of my clients are designers, coaches, makers, consultants, and service providers who love what they do—but feel overwhelmed when it comes to their books.
-
Yes! Some clients need a one-time cleanup or setup, while others prefer ongoing monthly support. We will meet you where you are—whether that’s untangling past months of chaos or keeping everything current and calm moving forward.
-
In addition to monthly bookkeeping, I help with catch-up work, system setups (like moving from spreadsheets to software), and creating clean, simple processes for trouble areas such as Accounts Receivable and Collections programs. I also design financial clarity tools—like dashboards and year-end prep—to make decision-making easier.
-
If your books haven’t been touched in months (or years), you likely need a cleanup first. If you’re mostly up to date but need help with consistency, monthly bookkeeping will give you the structure you need. Not sure which fits? A free call will help us figure it out together.
BOOK A CALL -
Most of my clients use QuickBooks Online, but I also work with Wave, Xero, or other tools depending on what best fits your business.

I work virtually with clients across the U.S. This means we can collaborate from anywhere, securely and efficiently. For local clients, in-person options can sometimes be arranged.
-
I’m not a tax preparer, so I don’t file taxes. But I make sure your books are accurate and organized, so tax time is far less stressful. I also partner with CPAs and tax professionals, so if you need a trusted referral, I can connect you.

Absolutely. Your financial information is sensitive, and we take confidentiality seriously. If you’d like an NDA in place, we are happy to sign one for your peace of mind.
